3. Information Sharing with Third Parties

 

By using our Service, you understand and agree that we may share your information with:

• Third-party healthcare providers, care coordination organizations, or Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs for the purposes of improving your care experience, care coordination, or Medicare-related services.

• Field Marketing Organizations (FMOs), upline agencies, and brokers we work with to provide licensed insurance agent services.

• Specifically, we may share your information with Integrity Insurance Services Inc, DBA Agent Boost Marketing, DBA Medicare Advocates, for support, compliance, contracting, and fulfillment purposes.

 

All such third parties are expected to comply with applicable data privacy regulations and are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and lawfully.

 

 

4. Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or other reasons.

Provisions that survive termination include intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and others by nature.

 

 

5. Indemnification
